People say that I'm a good writer. Just so that you can judge for yourself and see some samples I've written, here's my author page on eZineArticles:

I've written things from short blurbs to a well-researched white paper.
If you feel that you need someone to write something for you, let's say…up to 1000 words, I can do that. I've been paid to write articles before, and it's part of my day job, so this is a valuable service that I'm offering.
As for editing, it depends on the volume, or how much there is to edit.
Of course, writing can take a lot of time and preparation, but I can usually pull it off.
In fact, back in the summer of 2009, I wrote an article for writers, telling them that I never have writer's block (I think I've had it only once, since), and showing them what I do to never have writers' block:

If you need help setting up a website or blog, I can help you.
To help make things flow better, here are some questions to ask yourself:
1. What's your goal for having a website or blog?
2. Do you want to have a totally free site/blog, or do you have some funds to pay for it (about $10 a year for the domain name, and about $60 - $120 a year for hosting)?
(If you don't have funding for hosting, but are willing to pay the $10/year for a domain, I can host your site for you, on my own hosting account.)
Basically, if you want to get your own domain name, I can help you with domain name ideas, help you find a good domain, register it, set up hosting, and get your site set up.
If you want to set up a blog totally for free, there are many options for doing so, such as Wordpress.com and Blogger.com I can help with this, too.
Now, I'm not a graphic designer, but you don't have to be one to have a good-looking, clean, simple website.
Having said that, if you have photos or images, or other media, I'm sure I can show you how to put it onto your new site.
In Exchange?
As for what I'm willing to barter this service for, I'm not sure. I'm not really asking for anything--I can do this stuff in my sleep. If you want to offer something, that'd be fine. Whatever you have to offer that helps the highest good of all is fine.
